In the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences we have aligned our academic advising to better support students during their time at Texas A&M University. We have assembled a diverse and knowledgeable advisor community dedicated to providing our students with high-quality academic advising services. Our advisors are grouped into advising centers based on location, courses of study and/or related commonalities. Graduate Advising
For academic advising on graduate coursework and steps to graduation, students should work primarily with their faculty advisor.
Schedule a Meeting through Navigate
To meet with an advisor, students should schedule an appointment using the Navigate Student App or Navigate Online Portal. Students can visit the advisor directory to view each advisor’s individualized Navigate scheduling link.
Preparing for a Meeting
To prepare for a meeting, undergraduate students are encouraged to bring a list of questions or issues they would like to discuss. If they need assistance with their schedule or long-term planning, students should bring a draft schedule or tentative class list along. Students are encouraged to be kind and arrive on time!
