Windy Lala

Professional Summary

Windy Lala joined the Department of Rangeland, Wildlife and Fisheries Management in 2023. She has served Texas A&M University for more than two decades in a variety of student-focused roles. She began her professional career in the College of Engineering and quickly transitioned into undergraduate academic advising in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering. In August of 2007, Lala accepted a position as academic advisor at Texas A&M University at Qatar in Doha, Qatar. During her seven and a half years in Qatar, she rose to the position of manager of academic advising. Following her return to the U.S., Lala joined the Texas A&M Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering as the assistant director of undergraduate programs. Prior to joining RWFM, Lala served as the advising coordinator in the Texas A&M College of Engineering.
