Professional Summary

Luis Lopez is pursuing a Master’s in Natural Resource Management under the direction of Roel Lopez, Ph.D., and Mike Marshall. He holds a graduate assistantship with both the department and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service in Texas. His graduate project will create a virtual “guide/matrix/map” with an assortment of Endangered Species Act-related programs and tools offered to landowners in the Southeastern U.S. In doing so, Lopez hopes to encourage landowners to utilize these programs for the sake of wildlife conservation.
