Wildlife and Fisheries Management Minor
The Wildlife and Fisheries Management minor provides students with fundamental knowledge to guide science-based wildlife and fisheries resource management and conservation.
The minor is available to students in all majors and focuses on managing wildlife and fisheries populations and their habitats while addressing modern conservation challenges.
The program’s curriculum focuses on developing a foundation in techniques of wildlife and fisheries management, including managing wildlife populations and their habitats as well as integration of applied fisheries management, preparing students to handle traditional and emerging, complex issues. Students tailor their minor by pursuing coursework focused on either wildlife or fisheries management.
